② Article 50-2 of the Information and Communications Network Act (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of E-mail Addresses, etc.)
No person shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from Internet homepages that clearly state their intention to refuse such collection.
③ No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
④ No person shall use e-mail addresses for information transmission, knowing that the collection, sale, and distribution of such addresses is prohibited under Paragraphs 1 and 2.
